We will place new content in your portals and notify you as it is made, however for updates to the content, please add yourself to this list to always get the most up-to-date content sent to your portal.

Having content updates sent out automatically will overwrite any changes you may make. If you have made or will be making changes to content, DO NOT add yourself to the ALWAYS UPDATE list. Instead, watch for update announcements via email and inside our Facebook group and request the updated for each specific class or use the provided outline to manually update while keeping your changes intact. Stay in control while keeping your content fresh—your choice, your pace!

Important: If a contact misspells a trigger word, the workflow won’t activate automatically. To ensure they receive the class material, manually place them in the designated content workflow using the workflow name shown here.

💡How to Check: If a trigger word is texted but the class doesn’t appear in the conversation, the workflow wasn’t activated. You can confirm this in your ‘Conversations’ tab within each individual contact.
