Re-Engage Your Inactive List

Weed out Inactive customers who are no longer interested so you can re-engage the list that still wants oily info!

The Automation : OUTREACH: Inactive To Subscribed is designed to re-engage your inactive list and give them a call to action to continue learning from you by receiving Weekly Oily Tips!

This is meant to weed out Inactive customers who are no longer interested!

If they Subscribe: it automatically sends them a text to opt into your weekly tips right away (It adds them to the Workflow: Inactive to Subscribed: Auto Confirmation Plus Tips.) No Action is needed on your part. Your contact will be sent a confirmation text informing them they will be added to your newsletter list with an additional call to action to join your Weekly Text Tips.

It will also tag them as 'subscribed' which you will use this tag for your newsletter smart list so they are included in your emails. (See our lesson to make this smart list).

You can certainly send your Personally Enrolled Inactive List to your texts and emails without them subscribing! If you'd like to treat your inactive list as your Personally Enrolled:

Manually add them to Diamond Marketing

Tag them as 'Inactive List'

Filter for that tag

Select ALL

Add them to the campaign/workflow 'Outreach Intro Text: Weekly Tips Opt In'

just as you did your personally enrolled!

However, if you want to utilize our 'List Cleaner' and weed out the still interested Inactive Customers, use this lesson!

Step by Step Instructions To Get Your Inactive List Subscribed:

  • Go to the Automations Tab

  • Select Outreach Inactive To Subscribed List Cleaner to read through the Introduction Text Template to see if you'd like to make any changes!

**If you make a change, be sure to save twice! (Save the Action and the Entire Automation!)

**Remember, it is required to include your name (or business name) and an Opt-Out. We have already included that for you, so just don't delete them:)

  • Now Go to Your Contacts and filter for the tag 'Inactive List'

  • Check the box next to name to select the whole page. Be sure to "select all" if there is more than one page

  • Select The Robot Icon "Add to Campaign/Workflow"

  • and select "Inactive to Subscribed List Cleaner" and follow the prompts to send your text!

The system will do the rest for you!
