Your From Email is how your contacts will recognize your emails in their inbox—make it count! This custom value brands your emails with your team name and seamlessly integrates into all of our pre-built email templates.

  • Custom Domain Email: We will help you connect your domain email. If your domain is thewell.com, you will use (or create) your custom email (e.g. [email protected]) to use inside of Diamond Marketing.

    A domain email is required as proof of brand for the Campaign Registry.

    Connecting your email will allow you to send bulk emails to your downline while ensuring all replies are conveniently received in your Conversations tab.

Now that your domain is set up, the next step is your email setup. When following the 4-steps below, make sure our team can securely connect and verify your sending email for you by giving us delegate access to your domain and this will be complete much quicker.

If you already gave [email protected] delegate access when you linked your domain in Step One, you’re all set on that piece—just skip to the form step below. If not, follow the steps to grant delegate access and then fill out the form so we can complete the connection on your behalf.

The 4 Steps to Set Up an Email Using GoDaddy

Step 1: Purchase or Access Email Hosting (If you do not already have one)

If you haven’t already purchased email hosting for your domain:

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.

  2. Go to Email & Office from your dashboard.

  3. Choose an email plan (like Microsoft 365 or Workspace Email) and follow the prompts to connect it to your domain.


If you already have email hosting through GoDaddy, skip to Step 2.

Step 2: Create Your Email Address

  1. From your GoDaddy dashboard, go to My Products.

  2. Scroll to Email & Office and click Manage All.

  3. Click Add User or Create next to your domain.

  4. Fill in: Desired email address (e.g.,[email protected]), First and last name and Password

  5. Click Create.

Step 3 : Send Access to Diamond Marketing (If you did this already, skip to the form step below)

You completed ths in the Domain set up, but if you haven't already. Give [email protected] delegate access to connect your email to Diamond Marketing.

Step 4: Notify Us in the Form below AND Verify Your Email

Fill out the form below to let us know what your email address is and notify us to complete the email connection for you! We will email you to verify your email (a required step to complete the connection), so be sure to look our for an email from [email protected] to complete the verification step.

The 4 Steps to Set Up an Email if You are Using Namecheap:

Step One: Purchase a Namecheap Private Email Plan


  1. Sign in to your Namecheap account.

  2. Navigate to the Email section or go to the

  3. Private Email Hosting page.

  4. Choose a plan that fits your needs and click Get Email.

  5. Enter the domain name you want the email associated with, then proceed to checkout.


Step 2: Create Your Mailbox


  1. Once your email plan is active, go to your Namecheap Dashboard.

  2. Click Private Email in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find your domain and click Manage.

  4. Click Create Mailbox.

  5. Enter your desired email address (e.g.,[email protected]), set a password, and save.


You’ll see a confirmation message: “Success! Mailbox has been set up.”

Step 3 : Send Access to Diamond Marketing (If you did this already, skip to the form step below)
