Advertisement Email: A pre-written “Join Now Advertisement Email” that you can send directly to your customers. This email invites them to sign up for the 12 Days of YL Deals & Gift Guide and ensures they don’t miss out on the holiday fun.
Landing Page Form: A Lead Magnet form
that you can share with your customers! Post this form on your website, share it on social media, or send it via text to your TIPs or Subscribed list. When customers fill it out, they’ll be added to the
12 Days of YL Deals & Gift Guide series and will start receiving all 12 daily emails.

Workflow Triggers:
Email Reply: The workflow is triggered by an email reply that contains the words Twelves Days. Simple send a CTA to reply to an email with those words for contacts to join your email series list and receive the sales as they are announced! Our Join Advertisement email has this CTA!
Form: The form Lead Magnet Newsletter Subscribe is added to the webpage Create Your Own Lead Magnet. This form triggers the workflow after contacts fill it out. The form can be used independently or from the webpage.
Contacts are added to the CONFIRMATION workflow where they will receive a Welcome Email immediately and then WAIT in the Wait Step until November 20, 2025, at whcih time they will move to the EMAIL SERIES workflow with the 12 days of emails.

Sharing the Advertisement Email:
The Advertisement Email: Let your contacts opt-into being the FIRST to hear about the November sales!!
Where to find it:
Marketing: Email Templates: 12 Days of Holiday Deals and Gift Guide Folder
How to share it:
Click the three dots next to the JOIN the 12 Days of Holiday Deals + Gift Guide email choose 'create a campaign'.
Drag in your email signature and personalize as desired then click "Send/Schedule".
Click the three dots on the JOIN the 12 Days of Holiday Deals + Gift Guide email.
Drag in your signature graphic or personalize as desired!
Select 'Send or Schedule'
Toogle on 'Send to Contacts' 'Send to Smartlist' 'Choose Contacts from Tags' and then click the + button to add your contacts.
Click 'Review and Send'
Sharing The Lead Magnet Landing Page:

Where to find it:
Find your webpage in the SITES tab under websites and landing pages. It is called Create Your Own Lead Magnet or Lead Magnet Form (depending on your version of DM). Select the square preview icon to grab the link.
What it includes:
A form that when customers fill it out, they’ll be added to the 12 Days of YL Deals & Gift Guide workflow.
How to customize it:
Click 'Edit' on the landing page and select any element you would like to personalize.

This is very similar to email templates! Save & Publish the page when you are done.
How to Share it:
Click the square icon on the webpage and grab the link
Post to social media, send as a text, or simply send your Advertisement email which auto-populates your webpage. You can link this as a CTA in your Join Advertisement email. Drag a button elemebt into the email and add your link in!

12 Days of Deals Form Only (For All Plans) :
Where to find it:
Find your webpage in the SITES tab under forms. It is called Lead Magnet Newsletter Subscribe Form.
How to Share it:
Click inside the form. On the top right, click Integrate. Inside, click Share and copy the link to share on social media, in emails and in texts.
Post to social media, send as a text, or simply send your Advertisement Email. You can link this as a CTA in your Join Advertisement email. Drag a button element into the email and add your link in!
How it works:
The form will create a contact (if they aren’t in DM yet) and trigger the workflow starting with the Welcome Email.
Manually Add a List or a Tag:
You can manually add your email newsletter smart list or your engaged, personally enrolled or downline tag directly to the workflow.
In the Contacts Screen, select the Smart List from the top menu or select 'More Filters' and search 'Tag' and select the tag you want to add. If you don't have smartlists yet, here is how to create a newsletter smart list.
Select the check box next to 'Name' to select the first page of contacts, then select 'Select all' to select all the pages.
Click on the robot icon 'Add to Automation'
Select the Automation: 12 Days of YL Holiday Deals and Gift Guide CONFIRMATION
The First workflow: 12 Days of YL Holiday Deals and Gift Guide CONFIRMATION will send a Welcome email and wait until November 21st to move contacts into the 12 Days Email Series.
You can personalize the email by adding your email signature, team banner or adding additional wording by clicking the Welcome Email Action and then 'Edit' on the email image
Email Branding OPTIONS:
NOTE: If you want to brand these emails, DO NOT BRAND UNTIL AFTER we have sent that days email out to you. Emails are updated automatically for you and should not be edited until after 10am.
Drag a photo element and select the pencil icon on the left side to select an image for a signature, team banner, etc. Here is how to Create Your Email Branding Elements and save them to use over and over.
Select any element in the email to change the element color. Add in a HEX color that matches your team branding for the holidays.
Click the 'Save' Button at the top, X our of the preview and be sure to ALSO select 'Save Action' and then 'Save' on the top right of the workflow. It is necessary to Save three times when editing email previews in workflows.
You can also head to the Marketing Tab and select the 12 Days of Holiday Deals & Gift Guide Folder and edit the Welcome email in the email template. This will directly link to the workflow and changes will be saved in the workflow as well!
IMPORTANT: The 12-Part Email Series WILL be updated by Diamond Marketing each day by 10am. This means any edits you make to the emails sent for the 12 days will be overwritten if you make them before we update the email templates each day. We recommend waiting until 10am each day to personalize the 12 emails.

Each of the 12 email templates are linked in the workflow 12 Days of Holiday Deals + Gift Guide Email Series. The Settings are set to send 1 email each day beginning November 20, 2025 at 10am your time zone.
